General terms
These terms and policies apply when you visit, browse, or make a purchase on the Milu website. By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown are in SEK for visitors in Sweden and in EUR for visitors elsewhere, and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices and to cancel orders made at incorrect prices.
Payment
We currently accept payment via Swish for all orders. Payment must be completed before the order is confirmed and processed. Orders are not binding until payment has been received.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch pre-order items within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once the parcel has left our studio, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are made or finished on demand. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page and may be updated. By placing a pre-order you agree to wait for the stated production and delivery window. Pre-order deposits and payments are generally not refundable unless the item cannot be fulfilled.
Gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or redeemed for more than their face value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including images, text, designs, logos, and product names — is owned by Milu or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Milu is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site or a purchase, beyond the amount paid for the item in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies. Please review this page periodically for changes.
